Hand-harvested whole leaf tea interspersed with ripe lychee and hand-rolled into pearls. Shorter oily leaves are pressed in the form from small pearls with hypnotising aroma of rose oil and fresh lychee.

CHARACTERISTICS

Shorter oily leaves are pressed in the form of small pearls with hypnotising aroma of rose oil and fresh lychee. Steep the tea in the almost boiling water for 3-5 minutes based on preference.

FINISHED TEA

After straining the tea has a beautiful but mild brown caramel color similar to the wine from Madeira island or a Sherry Oloroso. The aroma is a mixture of fruity, floral and earthy tones. The combination of taste of tropical fruit, Chinese lychee with and addition of bouquet of roses and clear earthy tone, reminds us that we are drinking a cup of black tea. A medium bodied taste with a fruity dimension will surprise your senses, while slowly morphing into an earthy long lasting aftertaste.
